so i finished the dlc some days ago but i didn't know about this pistol will i be able to go and find it if i go back to zion?

It is in a footlocker just as you enter Zion, along with other Honest Heart items.

There is also one of the best sets of light armor in the game there, both looks and protection wise.

Yes it is, you can get Grahams actual bandaged armor and head wrap if you want.

I always thought the normal armor + authority glasses and a marksman carbine looked super BA. I wish the 1911s didn't have such messed up lighting though. And that the Thompson's iron sights were properly aligned.

I think there is some mods that fix the iron sights for you, should check them out.
