This'll sound sketchy but its 100% safe, I guarentee. There's a link at the following youtube video that'll give you a download for the MGS3 uniform pack. Basically, it's Snake's outfit from Metal Gear Solid 3 with all the different camo patterns from the game as well. Even though it's a port, it still looks pretty good in Fallout.
