just that. It's fun killing everyone and removing all their limbs within seconds.
Mojave Samurai FTW, but I did enjoy my sherrif/lawbringer build.
-Exclusively wear the sherrif duster and hat found in Primm as soon as you get it.
-Can only use revolver pistols like .357, .44 magnums etc. If you run out of ammo you have to fight completely unarmed.
-Can't use any addictive chems like med-x, psycho etc except alchohol, preferably whisky and you're never allowed to cure your alchoholism.
-Must at least take gunslinger, quick draw and rapid reload as perks.
Tag Skills: Speech, Explosives, Sneak.
Additional skills: Barter, Lockpick, Repair.
Potential Companions: If any, preferably ones that are neutral to major factions.
You're a suave sort with a penchant for espionage. When you can't (or don't want to) solve problems with reason or cash, you make use of stealth, disguises, and some handy dandy remote explosives to shift things to your whim with no one suspecting you of a thing.

Potential Companions: Those who want the best for the wasteland.
It's the Dawn of the Super Hero, at least in your radiation addled mind. Powered by Radiation, you dispense justice to evil doers and aid the weak across the wasteland with your Mutant Strength and the power of SCIENCE!

Sec. Skills: Repair, Medicine
Companions: Boone with a sniper rifle and ED-E, none if on hardcore
Tactics: Run around throwing grenades everywhere you see enemies, or fire missiles, nukes, the guass rifle, or rockets at them until one of you die.
Perks: Any explosive and armor related perks. Any.
You pretty much just blow everything up.
I'd like to run a cheaty character that starts with a mini-nuke launcher, say he had it in a box somewhere in Goodsprings. That's all you can use. Cheat yourself ammo. Be the hero of Goodsprings and help the good folk fight off the raiders, with some mini-nukes. :)

Must have attributes: Intelligence at or below 3, low perception.
Years of boxing have done their damage to your brain, causing you to be horrendously stupid. In combat you prefer to rely on your fists, especially once you obtain the GOLDEN BOXING GLOVES from the Lucky 38. Bonus points if you take Cannibal (to simulate biting ears off your opponents).
So she wanders the west gathering infomation whether through bribery or threat. During this time she funds her quest by delivering packages for the Mojave Express, and she reaches Vegas.
She sticks around for a while as rumors persist of Kimball's visit to Hoover Dam. She infiltrates the NCR, slowly gaining the trust of higher officers, until the day finally comes.
She quickly takes out the Legion sniper, then positions her C-Finder onto the platform. Moments later and her vengeance is satisfied.
Sprinting back to Novac while taking out as many NCR personnel as possible, she dons a disguise and rests for the night. Early the next morning she huffs it back to the Mojave Outpost, disguised as her most hated foe, where her quest reaches its end.
If memory serves she specialized in energy weapons, explosives, and science.
