yes after five days of gameplay
you know what happins
Helps the NCR? I personally roleplay that I would convince him to stop and turn himself in because he's lost it. something broke inside and he needs help.

and then...that... happens.

My character isn't a psychiatrist, and certainly didn't expect that to happen. Didn't even understand the reason for it. he just pockets the sequioa and rests easier knowing a random ranger in the desert's life has been spared.
His actions aren't realy that bad, the NCR would need the head of the Rangers in the battle of Hoover dam. Brining him into the light by showing him Caesar is a deadman is the best option
nice to know, i don't normally kill Ceasar, because you are sorta meeting under a flag of truce.

I think I killed him in my current playthru. with a katana. was actually a difficult fight due to all his warriors with melee weapons. and not being particularly melee built.

was doing something kill bill vengence, so I needed to use the katana. Didn't even bother installing the platinum chip.

I just couldn't stand his decision to get all his men killed in a 'heroic last stand'

for a fight thats winnable. I never even tried to save him. regardless of NCR or the Ranger's in general's stated fate.

he's broken inside. He's getting other people killed. I let him see that, and he shoots. which is more honor than I thought him capable of.

I more expected him to break down crying and needing help. you have to run over the entire nevada TWICE to get enough evidence to shut him down.

he needed to be relieved of command.
