Random spanish words?

For some reason, my game will put "Mojave Wasteland" as "Desierto de Mojave", and a service rifle as a "rifle de servicio". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game once. The titles went back to english for a little while then reverted to the random spanish words. Anybody else had this issue? Or a fix? It's not even game breaking, it's just confusing.

Yeah :< It didn't occur to me until after posting this to turn them off one by one and see which is the troublemaker. Still gotta try it.

I have no idea why it randomly does it. It's a shame, I really like the armor but I have no idea how to fix that.

It was probably made by some spanish speaking fellow and its probably replacing some areas, probably can fix them in the GECK.

but its just spanish, spanish never hurt anyone.

Haha, I know. I played around with it a little in the GECK but got nothing. It's just something I'd prefer to fix, I guess.

This happened to me before, but instead of Fallout New Vegas, it was Fallout 4. And instead of Spanish it was Russian.
