Dog and God Dialogue endless loop

Ok, I have tried this three times now, and the same thing keps happening.

I play the recorded tape next to Dog and Gods cell, he turns into God from Dog and the dialogue starts, but there is not option to EXIT the fricking dialogue... I can pass Intelligence and Medical speech checks, but I can only pick "We have to get you out of there" and Dog and God replies "No, I have more control in here.. ect"

Is this DLC glitched, couldn't find anything about "stuck in dialogue" for New Vegas.

Well... nevermind, I found it by reading the quest walkthrough... trying to avoid spoilers but here:

"There is no way to just end the conversation with God. If you are not ready to activate dog (or can't find the line to do so) and don't have the skills to talk to dog, you won't get out of the conversation. [verified]"

Oh, there is. You blew it in one of the dialogue options. The one where he questions you being able to prove that you are not like Elijah. Now you have to work with Dog, which will cause resentment from God.

I redid this part, by first getting Christine, then Dean Domino, and putting at least 35 points into Lock Picking, after levelling up some. This way I can ask God and Dog about the lock, and I convinced him from then on, and by him I mean "God".
