Getting into Benny's Suite after the Fact. Help.

HI

I've finished ring a ding ding the roundabout way -- i let benny escape to the Fort and got the platinum chip from caeser. that finishes the quest.

The problem is I still want to search benny's suite ( i haven't been in there yet) because the Yes Man robot is there and I want to get the new quests and info from him.

How do i get into benny's suite after the fact?

I've talked tto swank and there is no option to show him evidence, etc. In fact, he doesn't even mention benny

I know I can bust through the door on the 13th floor of the tops and get into the suite, but the door open command is red and I don't want to get into trouble with that.

How do i get into benny's suite legally now?

I got to Benny by showing some evidence to Swank and despite him giving me the key, I think, to Benny's suite the door was still red. I quicksaved and opened it anyway. The guards didn't intervene. After I was done up there I even closed the door (to cover Benny's body), which was still red. No problems. I returned there later one more time I think to speak again with Yes Man, still no problems operating the door.

Quicksave anyway, but you might be alright.
