Scroll down on that website and look for Fallout 3/ Fallout: New Vegas and click on the latest version than download. If you already downloaded an ENB or not, heres a link to one ---> http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/57475/?
So, next you gonna want to put all of the ENB files into a folder on your desktop. Than put the ENBDEV from your downloads folder on your desktop aswell. Copy all of the files in the ENB and paste them in the Fallout: New Vegas directory.
This is the Fallout: New Vegas directory:
(This PC > Windows (C:) > Program Files (86x) > Steam > Steam Apps > common > Fallout New Vegas)
Open up the ENBDEV thats on your desktop, open the Wrapper file within the ENBDEV than copy the .dll file from the top of the Wrapper folder. When your done with that, paste the .dll file into the directory aswell.
All of this might not work ifn your using the 4GB enabler, the way to fix this is to put the .dll file into the exes folder which is located in the ENBDEV program you put on your desktop.
Before you do anything else, look in the in-game launcher, click on options and make sure Antialiasing and Aniostropic Filtering are set to Off. Than click on advanced in the options part of the in-game launcher. Go to the detail tab and if you want to keep Transparency Multisampling on you can, it makes no difference. If you using an ENB's depth of field make sure you turn Depth of Field off. Go to the water tab and make sure Water Displacement is off. Go to the shadows tab and just disable Shadows completely. Thats it for the settings.
Now go back to the directory and open up the .ini file. Its a text file. Its most likely named enblocal.ini. In the ini. file make sure the VideoMemorySizeMb is the same as your V-Ram you have in your graphics card. Where to find that out, I don't know. If you have a 3GB than the number should be around 3072, if you have a 2GB than around 2000 and if you have a 1GB than around 1000 should be okay. This feature is completly optinal, if you don't want to find all this out, you can just set it to 0. It doesnt make a big difference anyways. If you use windowed mode, make sure both ForceBorderless and ForceBorderlesssFullscreen say True next to it. Thats it for the .ini. Now just click save on the top left corner of the file than close that window.
Next is the enjector.ini, another ini. file. In there you can configure the SMAA to Low, Medium, High, or Ultra. So where it says SMAA_PRESET_CUSTOM. Replace CUSTOM with any quality of your choice. (Ex. SMAA_PRESET_HIGH) or you could lower it for better proformance.
Now just start the 4GB enabler with NVSE.
If your going to use the ENB I gave a link to, the requirements for that are Realistic Wasteland Lighting and Interior Ligthing Overhaul. Here are both the links ---> http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/52037/? | http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35794/?. If you dont already have Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM.) You can get it here. (You have to make a nexus mods account before you can download anything from their site) ---> http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/36901/?.
I hope this was helpful. And I hope you enjoy your new ENB!
