I'm stuck at Black Mountain (Bugged in Place)

I was in the Mutant Nightstalker's village, I entered a room, and I hit E on a chair when I was also triny to access a crate where I found the Minigun, but then I automatically went into 3rd person, unable to move, I tried chaging weapons, apparal, I even exited out and reloaded the save, but no help, I can barely move a few feet, I'm unable to fast-travel due to enemies...
Any way I can save myself...??

Reload a previous save and see if that helps.

If you still haven't solved your issue, typing the following into the console should resolve your issue: "coc BlackMountain". It should place you near the summit of Black Mountain.
