Dead money problem.
When I escape the Vault, It doesn't give me the ending slide.. The quest doesn't complete and I get taken back to Vera's suite.

I even tried installing YUP. Still didn't fix the problem.

Now I have to use the console and force the quest to complete.. Sigh. So much for unlocking the achievement for sneaking out of the Vault. Since there is no way for me to complete the quest without using the console.

Anyone know the command to force this quest to be completed? I tried searching for it with the help command in the console. Couldn't find anything.

I already used the console to get back to the Villa. I could just force the gate open so I can go back to Vegas, but I want this ugly collar of my neck and I want exp the for completing the quest.

Before you leave the vault, try entering this command
set "100AE1E".bSecurityAltInfo to 1
If you save and quit before exiting through the door you should still get the achievement.

If that doesn't work, I still have a few tricks left.

I couldn't get that command to work. Kept giving me Unknown Variable.

Which number is Dead Money in your load order?
If you open the console and just click on a wall or something it will give you an ID number.
Take the first 2 digits from that number and use those in place of xx

set "xx00AE1E".bSecurityAltInfo to 1

Dead Money is 5'th in my load order.

I put 0500AE1E .bSecurityAltInfo 1

Kept getting unknown variable still.

You need to type it exactly as I had it, including the quotes.

Hey thanks it worked. Quest completed and I got the achievement.

Hopefully now that I installed Yup. I won't get that bug again on another Character.

Ending slide happens when you go back to the Mojave, NOT when you exit the vault.

People never even think to go back to the gate lol, it's also pretty cool when I don't get achievements, so I'll have to redo it.
