What happens if you kill joshua graham at the very beginning of honest hearts?

Chaos in Zion.

I killed him for his armor a few months ago and, like Bears said, it starts the quest "Chaos in Zion." You pretty much find Daniel to get the map and leave Zion.

You know you get his armour at the end of the dlc anyway right?

Yup. You get everybody's stuff at the end of the DLC questline regardless. Outside of RP there is no advantage to killing any of the primary characters. You lose out on a lot of good XP.

It's a pretty short DLC, you either waste an hour with fetch quests and a lame-ass confrontation or kill a main character to get it over with more quickly.

Joshua Graham and Survivalist were the best parts about it. Josh would have been treated sooo much better in Van Buren though.

Those are good reasons, Joshua Graham is the only good thing about that DLC. It's sad that they don't focus a good amount of time on him.

The Hanged Man was a total badass. Irredeemably evil too.
