Veni Vidi Vici impossible to complete
I just got to the end of a hardcore playthrough for the Legion, and once I complete Render Unto Caesar in Lanius's tent, the screen fades to black and fades back in. I can't move, and Veni Vidi Vici is never added. Are there any console commands or mods that fix this? From what I can tell this is a known issue.

It's been years since the question was originally asked, but I'm gonna respond to help anyone else who runs into this same issue that I hit tonight.

THE SOLUTION is to open up the commands console and type "movetoqt" which instantly transports you to the quest target of your currently selected quest (but not to the nearest cutie).

If you have "Render Unto Caesar!" selected at this point, you will automatically be catapulted into the tent and rubbing shoulders with Lanius. You'll be able to manually interact with him and get the game to finally progress as normal after this being.

Nothing is worse than trying to find a solution to a common problem and only coming across unanswered questions. You shouldn't denigrate someone for being helpful.

i think he meant it as a complement, as in "hes the king of thread necromancy because he managed to answer the ancient riddle."
