Saturnite fist super-heated

Why is it so good? I have my unarmed skill at around level 20, and guns at level 100, yet it vastly out-damages the riot shotgun, for instance. I'm playing on very hard/hardcore, yet it feels excessively easy to walk up to enemies and punch them to death.

fast attack speed + pretty high damage weapon = rape machine
It has + attack speed so it hits like as fast as a switch blade but is otherwise a heavy damage power fist in its dmg stat; so it has a high dps stat. Also it has 120 item health compared to a regular power fist 80 item health. So the weapon is kinda over powered a bit.

Suggestion:
Try getting 70 unarmed so you can get piercing strikes ( - 15 enemy DT) and use rushing water for plus 50% attack speed. You will destroy nearley any enemy with that combo. Also turbo or implant GRX to slow time down for enemys makes this combo even more effective.

Dps Info for 2 weapons you are comparing.
However Saturite fist super heated with full hp no perks or anything but the base 55 required unarmed for 100% effectiveness = 90 dps
Riot Shotgun in same circumstances of full hp/full clip and required 100 guns skill for 100% effectiveness = 321 dps(if all projectiles hit the enemy... so point blank range basically)
