new vegas bounties 2 not starting

i know its loading becose the bar at novac is there but the bolder city jail building is just not showing up
please help im out of ideas

did you install just the the default or did you only install the stand alone ? the default requires you to have beaten the first one and the stand alone is an optional file that needs to override the default if you want to play it without beating one I think
