for a standalone quest, you can normally back off things you've already done, with setobjectivedisplayed... undo the thing you just did with 0 to remove it, use 'setstage' to drop back to an earlier stage, but I wouldn't try to jump to the beginning, but "roll back" stages and do the corresponding action (like if you backed off the kill cachino don't forget to 'resurrect' him, etc.
but it's hit-or-miss on these cross connected ones, you might end up breaking it so it's not completeable in any way if you mess up or leave something out, because there's a lot to them.
even if the last save is 6 hours back? I'd reload if it matters to you.
