The keyboard and mouse controls are atrocious. Menus seem to randomly be built around either clunky keyboard navigation, or forcing you to navigate options that should've been assigned a hotkey (like exiting a computer or dialog) with a mouse which, coincidentally, feels unresponsive in these menus. Having to use number keys to select a specific hotbar slot, instead of a hotkey that simply opens the wheel and lets you navigate from there, etc. I've got few hundred hours on console, and was really looking forward to running around on PC, it's incredibly disappointing. Anyone else experiencing this?

It's a console port not sure what your expecting besides there are a million mods like darnified ui and FPS weapon wheel which fixes the issues you mentioned.
