Easy Way to Get Explosives?

I am playing as an explosives character. I currently am level 10, broke, and have no way to get an explosives besides for crafting via Mad Bomber, which I cannot actually do. Where can I recieve explosives?

You could harass the Powder Gangers for dynamite. Pure Explosive playthroughs are like Magikarp, you're kinda piss early game but kill-all late game.

I've wiped out the Powder Gangers from the map (save the ones in Vault 19 and some on the road that I have ignored.) The damage done by dynamite itself is horrible, and spamming is the best way to actually use it. That being said, the 40 dynamite probably isn't going to last long when I need 10 sticks to kill a single Brotherhood Paladin.

Grab the coyboy perk to do extra damage with TNT

The Powder Gangers respawn every couple of days. You should never run out of explosives. You find grenades in stashes literally everywhere. Bunches of bad guys carry grenade launchers or grenade rifles, plus their ammo.

I've found, though, that I can generally do more damage with a high powered energy weapon or a rapid firing BAR with plenty of armor piercing ammo.
