Dead money ghost people respawn?

Do they? Originally I thought they would but Ive killed off a lot of them in puesta del sol south and I havent seen one since

More will spawn as you progress though the game, but once to kill one, it won't respawn.

Ok, so there will be some spawn but it wont be completly full like it was

Well actually, without spoiling to much, a LOT more will spawn when you trigger the gala event

Anyway to shut them down? Also will they kill on sight or do you have to upset them?

For a tiny, tiny number of them, there are computers and hologram projectors you can tamper with, but most of them you're expected to stealth around like you're playing metal gear solid.

They kill you if you get too close to whatever they're guarding.

pretty sure most if not all of the holograms that try to kill you have a shut down or an emitter you can destroy
