Did I do something wrong??
I just got into the vault in The Sierra Madre, in the Dead Money DLC, but once I use the terminal, it gives me a cutscene, then a game over!
Does anyone know how to avoid this??

Don't use the terminal. More specifically, don't read "Sinclair's Personal Accounts." That was a trap meant for Dean that Sinclair set up.

not that.

read the terminal, talk to the guy who gave you the holorifle. talk him into coming down and then either kill him or lock him in.

read what you click on.

Well, aparently, I didn't complete it, I killed Father Elijah, but there is a spot on the map, where if I go to it, nothing happens.
