I think its just console commands that disable achievements, and that its just for that session. That's all i know

Mods do not disable achievements. The primary reason for not getting them is console usage, which is only for the current game session. You can avoid that by using this NVSE plugin: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59133

No - you only have to exit your game to remove the block. The next time you start it, you will continue to get achievements.

What the mod does, is prevent the block from happening at all, so you can use the console freely without worrying about achievements.

I only used the ''resurrect'' command after some important character died. Still got achievments after that so i guess that you can use resurrect.

Simply opening the console disables achievements - you don't need to enter any commands. They only stay blocked until you next launch the game, so as long as you save and quit immediately after you do whatever it is you need to do with it, using the console isn't really a hindrance.
