power armor training?
Soooo I decided to say hello to the brotherhood, and picked a lock I obviously shouldn't have. I ended up having to murder a bunch of people and now I can't get armor training. I went and talked to Arcade Gannon, but even after taking him to a bunch of locations I can't get him to give me the quest. before I met Gannon I already activated House always wins V, and Change in management. Am I just dead in the water for trying to wear power armor?

Type into the console "SetPcCanUsePowerArmor 1"

There you go. Capital letters are not required.

If you are unable to gain it legit then there is no other way, and you can use console commands to fix the bug.

You would get the training anyways without the bug.

If you do not wish to block your steam achievements then simply enter the command, save, then restart the game and load the save, you will gain the achievements after that.

More perks a mod adds a perk that you gain it.You taugh you self hence the name autodidact for the perk.

There is a more perks mod that adds a perk called autodidect in which you self teach yourself to use power armor, try that. Lots of other balanced and fun perks in there too.

Mr house I'm disappointed, ok to get power armour train when the BoS is dead. Find arcade gannon in freeside in old Mormon fort. Get him to follow you then go to the fort, that should start a quest to find the enclave remnants after that go to their bunker and they will give you power armour training.

maybe it is because i was accepted by the legion for a little while. they hate me now but i was hated for a while

You could look up the specific triggers for Arcade's quest online.

You may have got minus points.The way the quests trigger is that you have to get points from things eg for Arcade by going into the fort and just saying you are having a look.However if you help them as in after the vault if you blow it up and tell Ceaser and then kill Benny you are siding with them.Arcade hates the Legion because of what they stand for and if you get too close to them Arcade will lose points and theres a finite amount of them.
You also have to have killed house or got rid of the BOS if you sided with him then because things are close to war he'll talk about it.
