Why cheat at all? Only losers cheat.

I don't have any personal experience with the mod, but from what I could glean from the mod's forum posts it should work with TTW. It may have some problems if you're using vortex instead of MO2.

Not everyone plays FNV as some challenge to grind out and overcome. Some folks just use it as a sandbox to casually play around with and there's nothing wrong with that.

This is just a weird front end for console commands, it seems.

Learn the commands.
