Red bar glitch over HUD

Playing a modded playthrough, I have this persistent red bar bug in the bottom right of the screen. If anyone has had this problem and found a solution, please share it. Thank you.

I've discovered it has to do with hardcore needs, eating food drink sleep etc changes the size of the red bars. But I can't tell whether it's conflicting between Vanilla UI+, oHud or Stewie's Tweaks.

Bump, I found a solution to the red bar problem.

It was mods that modify the health bar, AP bar, or Hardcore needs in some way. For me it was "Rad - Radiation (is) Actually Dangerous)" that decreases your health the higher your radiation is.

Remove HP / AP / Hardcore stat modifying mods that interfere with the HUD one by one until you find the culprit.
