HELP ME THE NPCS WENT MAD FOR NO REASON!!!

Okay, hopefully the topic's title will draw enough attention, I'd try to be brief but since I've already flipped over the entire web searching for an answer to this bug I think it's better if I give ya'll the long version, but basically every NPC that has a weapon is drawing it and aiming at me, even companions are always ready for a fight that doesn't exist and since not all NPCs have a conversation window animation they wont even talk to me, I tried talking to Pacer at the Kings school and nothing happened.

The issue is, I was strolling around freeside with my tomboy redhead companion and my toaster companion and like any other they both have the intelligence of a shooting tower and went blasting around every thug they saw, I DID NOT REALIZE WHEN exactly this happened but Cassidy's angry face is ugly AF and the only thing that I remember is that I was annoyed from having to look at it for quite some time.

"Okay I won't be rude to her, take your time to cool your head down" that's what I thought as I did, idk, 7 whole questlines and came back to the strip to do the Pimp quest for the Garrets. So I went to Micki and Ralphs and talked to them about the sex robot when ALL OF A SUDDEN THIS KINGS GANG MEMBER STORMS IN SHOUTING LIKE A MANIAC and scaring the ♥♥♥♥ out of me cause I thought Cass or Ed had killed one of them, or worse they were going for Mick/Ralph, but no. He just stands there, shouting battle phrases like "we're going to find you" or ♥♥♥♥ like that. So I saved, restarted the game, tried to ignore that and keep searching for my sex robot but it is a drag having a gun pointed at you everywhere you go, it breaks the immersion and I'm not a lawful cowboy, it makes me want to shoot every one of them down, but I dont wanna mess my reputation.

I'm running the game on vanilla since it's my first playthrough, I'd appreciate any help, anything but reloading a save from 4 hours earlier. Thanks
