About chief hanlon and console commands

I usually do not regret my decisions, but oh boy, this time i did. Im doing independent new vegas ending, trying to go full role play. At first i tought that with hanlon "self dying" the rangers would be out of the way to my vegas, and i wanted his easy ranger sequoia, but when i remember his voice acting i really regret that decision, it is a good character, and i read his ending. I preffer him as a politician in redding, would be good to my roleplay. The thing is, i already im 10h+ ahead the time i finished his quest, with no save back. I used some console commmands, revived the guy and reset the quest, but i noticed the world around doesnt change, it still sees him as dead. What i wanna know is, the commands worth breaking my immersion by giving me the ending slide where he goes to redding, or the will be unchanged, just like the characters aknowleging him dead?

He'll only become a senator in Redding if you finish the game with House or Yes Man.

Just start a new playthrough later and do things differently.

I read it twice and think i got it in the second. What i did was just revive hanlon, restart the quest, set it to the stage that i talk to him, and done. After i do that i need to do these commands you wrote? What they commands do individually? That will change the outcome in the world? If i just use your commands, the world will change to that one i didnt turn him in but he will stay dead? And yeah, im gonna finish the game with yes man
