No, Not Much Bug
I am trying to complete the quest, "No, Not Much" and I have saved getting reinforcements from McCarren for last. Mjr. Hisu or whatever his name is tells me off every time I try to talk to him about it. The monorail did blow up, so is there anything I can do? PLEASE HELP!!
