I hate Ghouls is there anyway to remove them?

It would be really easy to mod, all it takes is a script that makes the faction non hostile (if you've played Fallout 3 that's how the Ghoul Mask worked).

What? I miss the rock-it-launcher from Fallout 3. I would load that baby up with Baseballs, billiard balls, bent tin cans and just blow ghoul heads off with that.

If you don't like the ghouls you may as well not like Fallout.
