No Yes Man / Yes Man Glitch?

I've been playing for about 40 hours.

Up until this point I still have not seen or met Yes Man.

I killed Benny in his room.
Went and met Caesar.
Siding with House.
Supposed to go to Boomers now.

I've looked all over Benny's suite.
I've checked around the Tops inside and out.
I've tried to follow the markers.

No Yes Man.

And to be clear: I don't mean I spoke to him once and couldn't find him since, I mean at no point has he ever shown up anywhere.

Reading around online I get the impression that Yes Man is very important to the story progress. If he doesn't show up do I need to restart? Or can I just carry on playing and it'll work itself out?

OK, when you are in Benny's room, go back into the hallway and enter the other rooms on that floor. One of them[can't remember which] has a hole in one of the walls that leads to a hidden lab tiny room and Yes Man is there. You know, it's been quite sometime since I've been in Benny's suite. If you don't find the hidden lab on Benny's floor, go to the other floor that the elevator will take you to.

You will want to meet Yes Man and have the game options he will give you, yet you don't have to go the Yes Man route to finish the game.

Yes Man is located in the rear of Benny's room.
Just go into the back room..can't miss it.
Hole in wall etc.
Not the Presidental Suite but Benny's room.

I didn't realize the difference between the Prez Suite and Benny's room...
