FNV4GB.exe not working no matter what

yeah im on 64bit windows 8 and i am trying to run the 4gb mod for Fallout New Vegas but even though i am running the one NVSE compatable with the Windows 8 fix it will NOT work no matter what i do. i always either get an access denied message or just a steam load error message EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is really starting to piss me off because i cant use NMCs Large textures without the game crashing every 10 minutes. If ANYONE knows how to fix this...PLEASE GOD HELP ME.

What are you system specs bud?

I've heard that FNV4GB.exe does have slight conflict issues with windows 8, but only minor occurences.

if the mod is downloaded correctly, are you using the 4gb.exe to launch the game? I to have win 8.1 64bit and the mod works for me. The mod should be installed in the:

Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas folder and NOT IN

Steam\SteamApps\Fallout New Vegas\Data folder

Go to your New Vegas game folder and check to make sure you see the fnv4gb.exe if you see a fnv4gb.exe in your Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas folder then double click that fnv4gb.exe folder and the game should launch from it.

Everything is installed correctly...the .dll and exe are in the right place, the command lines are set...im AM using the right NVSE compatable version and yet it just REFUSES to work...always an access denied (even when running as admin) or injector failure module can not be found. The program just REFUSES to work.

i suppose asking if you deleted and redownloaded it, in case you got a bad download, is a bit too obvious to ask? sorry. i did anyway. ;-)
i really wish there was a way to verify it was working or not. like with NVSE, which i also would like to know that you verified was working with the console.

I verified it yes...i even downgraded to make sure i was using the right version of NVSE. I do NOT have the Ultimate Edition but my appID is the Standard 22380 so i dont know why it still wont be working. Even if i use the command line. I am running as Admin and eveything else is correct but will just NOT LAUNCH.
