any way to improve strength?
i followed some guide on how to be a sniper and they had me set up as 4 strength. now the best long range weapon i have atm requires 6 strength. is there any way to improve your base attributes?

Drugs and chems, or for a more permanent solution go to a certain shop for implants. (Location not given so I don't spoil anything - but I can if you want me to, or you can use a wiki or google).

Also, every two levels you can use a perk to upgrade your base stats (Intense Training or something like that).

If you need a two-point boost, you'll have to do both of these, as you can only use implants to boost a stat one point.

This - don't waste a perk on a single STR point (especially when you need three). Get Weapon Handling and you'll be able to use 90% of the SG and EW's. And the difference between a 90% and the very best one isn't all that great.
