Alternative repairing mod

is anyone using this mod??? i would like to know how to repair items from parts that you created or purchased?

It adds other ways of repairing items instead of buying the same weapon or armour and merging them.
Example 1: You can repair a Varmint Rifle with Wonderglue instead of another Varmint Rifle.
Example 2: You can use Whet Stones to repair a Katana instead of scouring the wasteland for another Katana.
