NCR veteran ranger armor mod suggestions?

Recently, I've gotten the NCR veteran armor but in my opinion, it wasn't as cool as it was in the intro or on the main menu. So I was looking for mods that could possibly re-skin it or just add more variants. Anyone have any suggestions ?

NCR veteran ranger armor: this is very ancient riot gear used pre-war, handed down through the desert rangers. Due to their significance, and what they represent, it's considered one of the most valuable relics in the NCR.

LAPD riot gear: the same thing the veteran rangers wear, except it wasn't owned or handed down for generations of desert rangers. These can be bought and found all over the Divide, which features in the lonesome road DLC. Features fully functional nightvision, unlike the veteran ranger armor.

Advanced riot gear: modernized and reinforced LAPD riot gear. There's one or two sets of these in lonesome road. Have the same nightvision as riot gear.

Elite riot gear: militarized LAPD riot gear. This is the strongest medium armor in the game, and one of the strongest armors, period. It's a unique armor, worn by the corpse of an important officer in lonesome road. Also has nightvision like advanced and regular riot gear.

Desert ranger combat armor: riot gear equivalent made for the US marine corps pre-war. This is a unique armor worn by the survivalist of honest hearts, and originally belonged to a grunt who fought on chinese soil before the nukes dropped. Its defenses equals elite riot gear, but it doesn't share that armor's stat bonuses and crit chance multiplier. It's actually desert camo'd, but doesn't have nightvision.

Wished there was a option to remove the coat or make only have it go as far as the thigh as the
bottom part of the coat glued to the legs just irks the ♥♥♥♥ out of me.

Supriesed no one has mentioned ADAM it's a old but amazing armor mod and has made the armor look like it does in the trailers. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/43192/? Make sure to look in the posts section and get al99's new vertion or you could have trouble getting it to work with PN. It covers all the different vertions of the armor.
