Is there a junk weapon and syringe type weapon mod?
like in fallout 3/4 with the rock-it launcher or the junk jet and the dart gun or syringer?

A few. Generally, if you're wanting "Fallout 3" stuff in New Vegas then Tale of Two Wastelands is the way to go, since that covers pretty much everything.

oh that's a good one. I remember now i may re-install it eventually once i get all DLCs and fallout 4 on PC
