Equip power armor on the corpse.
Pose them neatly.
Clones of the player character work well for this, since they look like you and are perfectly happy to stand in place all day.
If you want to remove the pipboy, click on your "statue" while in the console view (name should appear up the top of the screen to confirm you've got the right target) and use:
While targeted, you can additionally access your clone's inventory in order to insert items:
Usually these'll be auto-equipped, but if that doesn't happen you can drop the items to the ground, click them through the console to get their ID codes, give them back and then use "equipitem <id>" to force the selected clone to wear them.
Player clones will generally stay put unless you walk into them, but you can hit them with a "tai" command if you want to kill their animations entirely and fully cement them in to place.
