ESP-ESM TRANSLATOR HELP
Hello. I translated my first mod using the ESP-ESM Translator found on the Nexus website. When installed on Vortex, the translation doesn't show at all in-game. [EDIT] NOW IT DOES SHOW IN GAME BUT THERE IS THE TRANSLATED VERSION ASWELL AS THE ORIGINAL VERSION. I TRIED TO DELETE THE SCRIPTS I PREVIOUSLY COPY PASTED LEAVING ONLY THE LINES BUT DOESN'T WORK. Am I missing something? This is what I did

1) Opened the mod, translated half, saved and closed
2) Opened the translation, and finished it
Since I couldn't export it as a mod (it's an eet file), here's what I did since the instructions are very unclear, at least for me
3) Loaded the original mod, loaded the translation on top of it, and from there I could finally export the whole thing on the Desktop (in a esp file), and from there onto Vortex that proceeded to convert it into an actual mod and installed. Opened the game, went into some testing and nothing was translated. I have tried everything and surfed the internet for hours in search for a solution but nobody is talking about this topic. What can I do?

Hello! I've only been using this program for 2 or 3 days... When I translate an ESM or ESP file for New Vegas, I open it with ESP ESM Translator, then I do a Ctrl+A to select all the files for translation and press Ctrl+F10. After that, I click on the green circle with an arrow (to launch the translation), and choose a different path to save my file than the folder containing the initial ESM or ESP file I'm translating. Then, I drag and drop my newly translated file into the folder and overwrite the original file. If it was originally a compressed 7zip or RAR file, I re-compress it with my new translation and then I can install it in Vortex or MO2
Thank you so very much for answering. My friends got it figured out. I had to rename the file the exact same! This is why it showed, but I had like a translated and a non translated version all together
