arcade gannon auto hostile

after selling him to caesar he straight up went hostile. which is understandable but everyone in the camp started going hostile too since he is now their homie.
reloaded several times and same result. am i doing something wrong?

Yeah not only is selling him a bit of a D*** move, as far as im aware, it also stops you doing the enclave quests, which can give you the best suit of armour in the game and affects then end game.

True fans of this game will play it in every possible way at least once. That's what keeps me coming back. Kudos for selling Arcade Gannon, he's kind of a ♥♥♥♥ anyway.

Yeah not only is selling him a bit of a D*** move, as far as im aware, it also stops you doing the enclave quests, which can give you the best suit of armour in the game and affects then end game.

2nd playthrough lol. trying to be the evilest evil incarnate and i never use him anyway since i like cass and veronica as a companion better.

as for best armor, its also one of the ugliest sadly :( id rather stick to my ranger/riot combat armor.

i waited for 4 in-game days by waiting in cottonwood but he will still go hostile and stay hostile after waiting another 4 days.
though i finally managed to solve this by using a stealthboy and sneak kill him. the guy keeps hanging around caesar +he is hostile so i cant get near caesar, decided to kill him and kill the guards. good thing i made a stealth build so they will die in 1 hit.
