Guess Who I Saw Today Won't Progress

I'm unable to complete the quest "Guess Who I Saw Today". While I was in Vegas, I told Lily to go to Dr. Henry for the experiment, and then I fast traveled there. Lily still wasn't there, but when I talked to Dr. Henry it still gave me the option to tell him to go ahead. He just stood there talking while Lily wasn't there, so I waited a few hours for Lily to show up. Now Lily is here, but Dr. Henry and her just stand there, and when I try talking to him he just says "Don't interrupt me right now." Does anyone know any console commands or other ways to fix this? I'd rather not reload the game, since it's been a while since my last save.

Try this command,and he should walk over to the computer or the other lab equipment.
set "13F405".ExperimentInProgress to 0
It may take a minute or two before he speaks to Calamity about "readings".
Hopefully that's all that was needed.
