Old World Blues Normal Sonic Emitter Weapon Base ID

I lost my Sonic Emitter (weapon) and I need the base ID to complete two missions. I can't seem to find the base ID anywhere on the internet for some reason. Does anybody happen to know what it is?

Do note I said (weapon) up there. This is for the item, which you can't remove from your inventory. Trust me, I now have like 3.

As the wiki states the default one is Revelation, so the id for the first one is listed here http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Sonic_emitter_-_revelation

Well now that I know that I have a different problem. Lemme make sure I did this right. I typed into the console player.additem xx00e381 1 and the result was Item 'xx00e381' not found for parameter Object ID. Am I doing something wrong?

xx should be the number of old world blues in your plugin list. 04 for example
