where is the intelligence bobblehead in this game?

I wanna do the intelligence trick like I did on the Fallout 3 game where to make your stats go the highest you max out intel during char creation then hike to the first bobblehead before you level up too much, so anyone able to give me the location with a screencap if possibru?

There are no bobbleheads in this game. There is a doctor who can install cybernetic implants that increase a stat by 1, that's the closest equivalent.

Nope. If a stat is 10, you can’t raise it with anything.

Are you sure? I believe the last time I played I could raise my intelligence by 1 to 11 by wearing eye glasses...is this still the case? I mean maybe an update stopped it or something :-/

Nope that does not work. If your basic int is 10 however and then your int is lowered by 1 by some effect (alcohol f.e.) your glasses will raise it back up to 10.

there might be mods to allow it.
Fallout 4 allows it.

new vegas does not allow stats over 10.

New vegas collectables are snow globes.
