New vegas GRA Mods complete not working!

I know this has been asked about 60 million times. However everysingle answer is the same - You need a weapon with (GRA) at the end and the mod of said weapon.

With me I have an Assault Carine (GRA) and every single mod for it but when press X nothing at all happens, no mod menu, nothing! Its all activated in the data files the lot.

So you have:

Assault carbine extended magazines
Assault carbine forged receiver
Assault carbine light bolt

and they aren't going onto your Assault Carbine (GRA)? Sounds like a bug. I recommend dropping the weapon and all the mods and try again.

Are the mods the GRA versions as well?

Yeah, I have know idea whats going on. I've even reinstalled the game.

Are the mods and weapon both GRA?
Can you mod any other weapon?
Do you have any actual mods installed?

Yeah both tems are the GRA versions. I can't mod any other weapon and I have a texture pack thats it, I've tried it with and without and nothing. I think its a bug.

There is no known bug like that, that I am aware of, but there are so many bugs.
First off I would suspect it would be the texture mod, OR that the X key is not actually mapped to the mod button...
Try playing with a 360 controller quickly and see if you can press LB to mod it
