Tick them all, odd they weren't

Is that also the order they are in? FalloutNV should be at the top.

Yeah thats the order they are right know, all default, i didnt even launch the game yet.

Actually i cant move them :/, do i have to use nexusmodmanager ? i wanted to avoid mods and that kind of stuff until i had my first vanilla experience :(

Ticking them does absolutely nothing, and the order they're shown in the launcher is not indicative of the actual load order. Don't worry about it, and just play the game.

The DLC are activated by .nam files in the game's folder, not by ticking them in the launcher. All active by default.

Wrong answer!

FalloutNV.esm must load first! Then I suggest having the four DLC's, DM, HH, OWB and LR load right after that and the four addon packs loading last. And yes they all need check marks in the boxes next to them.

Huge EDIT! I use NMM and have not opened data files in years. I just looked and my data files listings of the .esm's are all over the place! FalloutNV.esm in data files is listed halfway through the 40 mods I have. Seems that the NV data files is not setup for a long list of .esm's and .esp files. So, it seems I'm the one that is wrong here! This is most likely only NV that works this way, I'm betting that if you have Skyrim's .esm anywhere but first in data files, the game will crash hard.

OP, if you have NMM you can easily change your load order there by highlighting the .esm or .esp file and then using the NMM arrows to move the load order up or down. I suggest looking in NMM and see what your load order is there. Mine is; FalloutNV.esm 00, then the 4 DLC's, then the 4 addon packs and mod .esm's list after addon packs, with mods.esp's listing last. In the world of "Please let my game run well", that is the way your load order should always be in NMM.

It does load first, regardless of the order shown in the LAUNCHER. Not mod manager, but the default launcher.

The OP is clearly looking at the launcher, not NMM / FOMM / whatever. The order does not matter in the launcher. The launcher's sole function is to activate mod .esm and .esp files. Official .esm's always load in the correct order, even when un-ticked and seemingly randomly ordered.
