Does killing Mr. House end the game

I've done some research and i'm getting different answers. Does killing Mr. House end the game. I have many many quest that are still active and need to be completed. If I kill Mr. House does the game end? Should I kill him after all other quest are completed? Should I not kill him at all? Decisions decisions.

Nope, it just disables his questline. Every other main story questline will still be available.
