(Possable spoilers) I am looking for a pressure cooker for the rebreather that jack from the boomers gives you. Anyone know where to find one?

I know that in Goodsprings houses you may find one. There is a house that from the door of Chets store, if you look left, it is directly infront of you. There is small crops and a settler farming. Go inside and look on shelves for a pot with a lid (Incase you dont know what it look like) You must steal it

They are in many locations lying around, but try the Crimson Caravan merchant and the store in Goodsprings.

Edit; I do seem to remember there is a pressure cooker in the Nipton store
