Console Command Help.
I have a question about moving npcs. Is it possible to make an npc come to you or make it walk to a location?

Yes you can, but if you mean a regular NPC that is not a companion, I don't recommend doing that. All the games NPC's have a set wandering pattern where they are meant to go in the game. Changing that any could easily crash your game or ruin quests. I suggest only using the command to bring a companion to you and then ONLY after you have had them as a companion at least once. The reason for that is because each companion has a location based speech that they make the first time you talk to them. If you have not had that first conversation yet and you use a command to bring them to where you are, you may not be able to recruit them as a companion.

To call an NPC to you you will first need that NPC's base ID number. If it is a named NPC you can google the name of the game plus the name of the NPC and get the ID that way. Or you can walk up to any NPC, focus your cursor on him/her, hit the tilde key to open the console and then click on the NPC and the ID of that NPC will show.

Here's the wiki page with all the console commands for the game. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Gamebryo_console_commands_%28all%29

Here's another wiki page you will also want to have; http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_console_commands

Using the console will disable achievements for that one game session. Once you exit the game and restart it achievements will work again.

@ronr42 Ok I was just getting tired of spawning NCR Troopers and having them stand there. Could I save my game before doing this?

I don't understand what you're asking.

@rorn42 I have also looked for invisablitly commands but have found "Toggle Detection" which causes NPCs to not attack anything. And a command that makes it so just that NPC will not attack. I want to have battles without being seen. A permenent Stealth Boy that you could turn off with a simple command.

Getting NPC from Point A to Point B or the command player.moveto RefID. Is there one where NPC moves to me.

Raise your sneak level and use the Anti-materiel rifle. As far as I know there is no invisibility command

I haven't looked at all the commands for NV as I don't use the console for this game, so you will have to go through the whole list on that wiki page to see if there is one. I do know that there is for Skyrim, so there should be for NV
