No, those are separate questliines - progressing too far in one fails the others.

It is a somewhat meaningless question for this game. It is as long as you require to complete one of the main questlines and it will depend on several factors. Are you completing any sidequests? Are you fast travelling or walking? Are you exploring or moving on to the next objective? All will have an impact on "game length" so you cannot quantify it in any meaningful way.

these guys arnt very good at answering your question. let me just say its a long ass game. you can do alot of ♥♥♥♥ with quests and etc and if somehow youve done it all you can download mods for even more fun
a simple playthrough is probably 100+ hours

i wanna say that there are a lot of main quests, but the choices you make in lots of places affect the endings the most
heck, even the dlc have endings
