Keep crashing at Camp McCarran...?

I've had this game for years and it's always worked well. But now I've noticed that whenever I've gone to Camp McCarran (up by New Vegas), the game will always crash after I get inside. Having the whole of the NCR army smashing you for simply shooting one of their men casually in the face...I mean, what's the harm in that? And now they seem to have weaponized the game against me, so I can't do that anymore. :(

Seriously, though, this is annoying. I am not sure if reloading a save file will help as I don't know how far to go back, and the rest of the gameworld is fine. Ideas? I don't really care to delete the world and start over. :\

Install the script extender and the anti crash plugin. Find links in the pinned thread on stability.

Crashing at McCarran is Normal! If you crash at the main gate, reload a save and try again. If you crash entering the first set of doors to the terminal, go through the second set of doors.

I've never really needed to try it but, NVAC> New Vegas anti-crash mod helps most players with their crashing problems in many places in the game.
