Emily Ortal in Dead Money bug?

Well, I just finished dead money and Emily Ortal, the follower of the apocalypse lady, appeared in sierra madre asking me if I had bugged Mr. House yet for the quest ' the moon comes over the tower'. Seeing as I cant re-enter sierra madre once I leave I won't be able to complete the quest because she decided that she's going to hang out by the gate in SM instead of returning to the Mojave. Any help on what I can do? Having an uncomplete will bug the hell out of me.
