Windows 10 sticking movement keys

Ok I Upgraded (against my will) from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (I loathe this beast).
I have disabled ALL of the ease of use keyboard options, rebooted and confirmed they are disabled.
When walking (and especially in combat) the movement keys will toggle or "stick". Sometimes there are 3 notes when this activates, more often when I tap the button again and de-activate it.
HOW DO I DISABLE STICKING KEYS?!!
[ALL Microsoft Products need a "STOP HELPING ME" button.]
