Security Overide Terminal In Lucky 38

oke so for starters im not talking about teh "executive overide" at camp golf. There is a " Security Override." terminal in teh lucky 38. when you go to teh elivator to kill mr house in his chamber, right beside the elevator termianl, there is a terminal that says "Security Override." what does it do? does it do anything? http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Lucky_38_terminal_entries#Security_Override.

the security override terminal will stop the securitrons from attacking you for opening the door leading to the elevator.

i tried clicking it when i go in the antechamber but it didnt give me that option. Could it be possible that this terminal is just decoratve or something

so does anyone know what this terminal does when i start security override. You can try it after killing house. I personaly think its for like decoration.

I don't know why people are jerking you around, but the Executive Override is a leftover from cut content that was related to the quest The Moon Comes Over the Tower. It does nothing.

yes you are right Two Bears but, i am not talking about th "EXECUTIVE OVERRIDE". This is the thing in H&H and Camp Golf and it was supposed to be activated before turning on the bug. But, i am talking abou the thing in the penthouse. so you go into that chamber where mr.hosues securitrons are wiating to attack you, them make a right, you will see this terminal looking over teh window and if you kill house it will say "security override" it is interesting because it doesnt seem to do anything.

My apologies. But you have your answer about the security override.

When you access the terminal to open the antechamber/elevator room, Houses securitrons become hostile.
Using the security override terminal in the room with the elevator ends the securitrons hostility. You can use the override as soon as you can get to the terminal.

they show that before you kill house that option is apperintaly not available. do you have to have a vip card?

i tried it again and thereis no option. it syas nothing about it on teh fallout wiki so.. i guess ist not really important. i think it doest do anything. mnabey it was like something before but now its just there for decoration. after all, fallout new vegas wasnt fully complete (debugged that is) during its release
