YUP's esm should be directly under all the DLC for new vegas. And YUP's NPC esp should be directly under all other esms. Right now you have YUP overriding a whole bunch of mods since it's so low. But to be frank just moving them might not be enough. It requires some common sense and knowing what is in your mods to make a proper load order.
You can download FNVEdit and load up all your mods and see exactly what is in them and see conflicts that may be causing crashing, such as scripts.
Rule of thumb for proper load orders. If you have 2 mods that share ANYTHING, the one below it will be the "winner" when your boot the game up.
a note about FCO and Titans of the New West, FCO is disabled as a plugin since i just needed it for new vegas redesigned 3's assets, and i am already using the 2.0 version of Titans of the New West
My only other advice would be to make sure any patches are loaded after the mods they patch. And any esms be loaded before any esps
